A developer wants a strip on the north side of College Street between Yale and Hill turned over for a mixed-use project.

A strip of public street on the north side of College Street between Yale Street and Hill Street could be handed over to an adjacent property owner to straighten the lot line for an approved mixed-use project. The Bureau of Engineering would study whether the giveback is feasible and report to the Public Works Committee.
