A Sky Harbour Group subsidiary, VNY Development LLC, would lease and potentially redevelop a general aviation facility at Van Nuys Airport under a five-year term extendable to 32 years. The Board of Airport Commissioners approved it on September 23, 2026, and asks the City Council to approve the award and the finding that it is exempt from state environmental review.
