Council approves Measure W funding agreement for street sweeping study
The city will receive annual Safe, Clean Water funds from the county flood control district for a Round 6 street sweeping study.
Los Angeles will take in annual Measure W Safe, Clean Water money from the Los Angeles County Flood Control District to pay for a study of street sweeping in the Upper Los Angeles River watershed. The City Council adopted the transfer agreement on July 1, 2026, and sent it to the mayor.
