City ordinance releases unused storm drain and sewer easements in Boyle Heights
Los Angeles gives up its rights to 60-foot-wide drainage and sewer strips at two East LA-adjacent properties, returning them to the owners.
The city is giving up old storm drain, drainage, and sanitary sewer easements at 1455 South Calada Street and 3690 East Union Pacific Avenue, saying they are no longer needed, which frees the land for the current property owners. The Mayor will sign quitclaim deeds and the Bureau of Engineering's Real Estate Division will record them.
