Barger, Horvath seek County homelessness prevention page for fire survivors

Motion would create a public website in 45 days listing rent help, legal aid and other services countywide.

Residents at risk of losing housing, including Eaton and Palisades fire survivors, would get one County webpage listing rental assistance, mortgage relief, legal aid, utility help and housing navigation. Supervisors Barger and Horvath direct the Chief Executive Office to launch it within 45 days, with a referral system report also due in 45 days.
