Sheriff's audit report lists body camera, search documentation and grant findings

Audits of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department stations found deputies did not always turn on body cameras during stops or document searches, and state reviewers questioned $45,056.45 and $38,124.98 in off-highway vehicle grant charges at the Santa Clarita Station. The findings go to the Board of Supervisors' Audit Committee, with most corrections marked partially implemented.
