Council approves 2025-26 staffing costs for CRA/LA excess bond programs, 14-0
The city will use leftover redevelopment bond money to pay staff who administer non-housing projects funded by those bonds.
The city will pay staffing and administrative costs for programs funded by leftover CRA/LA redevelopment bonds that go to non-housing projects. The City Council adopted the Economic Development and Jobs Committee report on June 30, 2026, and the mayor approved it on July 13, 2026.
