City Engineer recommends making city land at Mission Road and Jesse Street public street

The strips were previously vacated; restoring them as public right of way would preserve access to the North Outfall Sewer.

City Council· posted Aug 4Report

Two strips of city-owned land west of Mission Road and Jesse Street would become public street again, keeping access open to the North Outfall Sewer and utilities. The Bureau of Engineering asks the City Council to adopt an ordinance making the dedication, and says the project is exempt from state environmental review.
