Homeless outreach and intervention services in Council District 10, run by Special Service for Groups, Inc., would get $250,000 to continue from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Councilmember Heather Hutt introduced the motion, which directs the City Clerk to prepare and execute the payment documents subject to City Attorney approval.
