City Engineer recommends releasing sewer easements at 4466 East Florizel Avenue

Giving up the unused sewer and drainage rights would clear the way for affordable housing on the El Sereno site.

City Council· posted Sep 30Report$7K

The city would release a 25-foot sewer easement and a 40-foot sewer and drainage easement under a Housing Authority property so new affordable housing can be built with new sewer and storm drain systems. The Bureau of Engineering says the lines are no longer used and asks the Council to adopt an ordinance approving the release.
