Two Council District 14 events, Feria de los Moles and the Monterey Hill Jazz Festival, would be added to the city's list of special events, covering $10,000 and $5,000 in city costs. Councilmember Ysabel Jurado presented the motion, which instructs the Chief Legislative Analyst to make the changes.
