City Engineer recommends releasing unused sewer easement at 6501 S. Sepulveda Boulevard

The 10-foot strip reserved for a sewer line in 1970 conflicts with a planned underground parking garage.

City Council· posted Oct 6Report$7K

The city would give up a 10-foot-wide strip reserved for a sewer line at a Westchester-area property so the owner can build a subterranean parking lot. The Bureau of Engineering says the sewer pipe was already moved and recommends the City Council approve the release and adopt an ordinance.
