City Council· posted Sep 22Motion

Tenants, landlords and officers would get written guidance on who handles evictions, including at single room occupancy buildings, where only the County Sheriff can carry out a lockout. Councilmember Ysabel Jurado asks the Housing Department, with the City Attorney, Chief Legislative Analyst and LAPD, to report back, and asks LAPD to publish a bulletin.
