Councilmember Heather Hutt asks to replace the MINC Music & Arts Festival with the Mid City Music & Arts Festival at $75,000.

The city's list of citywide special events covers fee support for approved events. A motion would remove the MINC Music & Arts Festival and add the Mid City Music & Arts Festival at the same $75,000 amount in Council District 10, with the Chief Legislative Analyst instructed to make the change.
